Absolutely accommodating and very flexible. We were travelling from WA and our van broke down outside BB. Called 30mins before closing. They picked me up from roadside and had me in a neat wee car in no time.
As we were unsure when our van would be ready we were texting Harry every couple days to continue our car hire with quick reply and easy payments.
