So easy to rent a car! Fuss free, only decided to book a car the day we needed it and we were able to come pick it up and drop it off with no issues at all. Value for money too. Their rates are really good

The owner Harry is a very friendly bloke and was flexible to our holiday plans. Affordable prices and a discounted shuttle ride (~1hr including other stops) from the airport. Makes it extremely easy for Probationary drivers to explore Byron!

Car in good conditions. Everything worked well. It was really easy to rent the car and the staff was really chilled and friendly.
This is a great option for me because I flew in to Ballina and wanted to return the car in Byron. The car was at Ballina airport waiting for my arrival. The instructions were very clear on how to collect the car and they were very easy to communicate with via text. The depot was unmanned when I dropped the car, and was an easy walk to Elements, where we were staying. The car was clean and new and in excellent condition. I asked to keep the car for a few additional hours and they were very accommodating. It’s weird not having any human contact with the company you are hiring a car from, but it worked out just fine. They do have a no-refund policy.
Really impressed with the service! I selected the wrong pick up and drop off location yet Byron Bay Car Hire alerted me as they noticed the mistake before I did. They still made it work easily. Cheaper than the main hire companies and accommodated a toddler and baby seat. I really recommend this company!! Thank you
